Coco what?
Cocobolo! Cocobolo is a tropical hardwood from Central America that belongs to the Dalbergia genus. It is an orange/red/dark brown colour, has gorgeous grain, and smells wonderful when cut or sanded. It's exceptionally dense - most timber floats on water, but Cocobolo does not.
Cocobolo had its 15 minutes of fame when Saul Goodman goes crazy for a desk made of Cocobolo wood in the drama 'Better Call Saul'.
